Kerbside delivery, carefully arranged.
Our standard service is kerbside delivery. Your aquarium or package will arrive on our own vehicle or by insured pallet delivery, as arranged for your order. Bringing it indoors, lifting it onto a cabinet and final positioning are only available by prior written agreement.

These aquarium and package charges cover standard delivery to the agreed accessible unloading point. The local delivery charge is a flat £60. Enter your delivery postcode at checkout to calculate the charge, or select free factory collection. Local eligibility uses the straight-line distance between postcode coordinates and our workshop postcode, NE4 7NQ, rather than road mileage. Contact us if your address is close to the boundary or access is restricted.
Delivery arrangements
Send your postcode, aquarium size and access details before delivery. We will confirm the delivery method and arrangements with you.
Factory collection
Factory collection is free, by appointment. Arrange collection with us in advance. Bring a suitable vehicle, protective materials, restraints and sufficient assistance.
Before delivery
Tell us about restricted vehicle access, narrow roads, parking restrictions, gates, slopes, steps and uneven surfaces before delivery. Keep the unloading area and access route clear, and arrange for someone to receive the order.
Please arrange sufficient manpower
Aquariums and cabinets are heavy and awkward to handle. You must arrange sufficient capable people and suitable equipment to move your order safely from the delivery point to its final location. Discuss the size and handling arrangements with us in advance; do not rely on the driver as your only lifting assistance.
Delivery on our own vehicle
When we deliver using our own vehicle, the driver can assist with unloading where it is safe to do so. Customer assistance is still required. Carrying indoors, stairs, installation and final positioning are not included in the standard delivery service and must be agreed with us in writing beforehand.
Insured pallet delivery
Pallet deliveries are made to the kerbside or nearest safe accessible unloading point. Where access is suitable, the driver may be able to wheel the pallet onto your drive or into an accessible ground-level garage. This depends on vehicle access, clearance and a firm, smooth, level route, and is at the driver’s discretion.
Pallet trucks cannot negotiate steps, gravel, soft ground or unsuitable slopes. The pallet driver does not unpack the aquarium, provide a lifting team or carry it into the house. You are responsible for arranging the manpower and equipment needed after unloading.
When your aquarium arrives
Inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible. If anything is damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with photographs before installing or filling the aquarium.
